Our attorneys had a very significant role in the Hardage/Criner CERCLA litigation,
a complex, multi-party casein Oklahoma. The case received national attention as
a result of several important and precedent-setting rulings. We also have been

CERCLA claims. These cases included certain common law claims such as nuisance,
negligence, and trespass.
