The firm’s attorneys have experience with a number of the more significant regulatory programs under the federal Toxic Substances Control Act. We have counseled and represented clients in connection with regulations governing the use, transport, and disposal of materials containing polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). Moreover, our attorneys have experience in the EPA enforcement of the complex TSCA pre-manufacturing notice requirements. Our attorneys have experience with the intricacies of the Inventory listings and CAS numbering system.

The firm also has experience in litigating and consulting with clients concerning property damages and personal injury resulting from exposure to a large number of alleged toxic substances, including herbicides, chlorinated solvents, heavy metals, asbestos, and black mold.
