Greg Rogers' Paper Wins ABA Award

Greg Rogers' paper, "Corporate Environmental Disclosure Policy," was among the "Best Papers" selected at the American Bar Association Environment, Energy, and Resources 17th Section Fall Meeting held September 23-26, 2009 in Baltimore, Maryland.  The paper examines the factors influencing corporate disclosure policy for environmental remediation liabilities, describes important advances in environmental risk transfer, accounting principles, and financial analysis, and discusses the policy implications of these developments.  This is Mr. Rogers’ third ABA award in as many years.  His paper "Environmental Financial Disclosure Rules and Their Impact on Brownfields Transactions," received the ABA's Best Papers Award in 2008, and his paper "Environmental Disclosure Due Diligence: Taking the Next Step in Environmental Due Diligence," received the award in 2007.
