Mr. Goldman, an associate, has practiced civil litigation since 2000, concentrating
in the areas of commercial and securities litigation as well as insurance defense.
His practice now focuses on the defense and prosecution of cases involving environmentally
impacted properties. Mr. Goldman has represented individuals and businesses
in complex cases in Texas and throughout the United States in many diversified
areas, including:
- Environmental contamination and remediation
- Commercial litigation
- Securities litigation
- Professional malpractice in a variety of practice areas including: real
estate, corporate/transactional, medical, employment law, and audit and claims
handling
- Premises liability
- Personal injury
- Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act
Mr. Goldman received his law degree in 1999 from South Texas College of Law
and his bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from The University of Texas
at Austin in 1995. Mr. Goldman is admitted to the Bar in Texas and Arizona and
is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the
Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. Mr. Goldman is also
a member of the Dallas Bar Association (Environmental and Energy Law Sections)
and has served as Chair of the Ask-A-Lawyer Committee with the Dallas Young
Lawyers Association.
